Uglies tumbled
Isn't an imminent deadline a great concentrator of the mind?? Having thought that I would not manage to finish my Ugly fabric quilt in time I found that once I put my mind to it I can piece and quilt a quilt in a matter of days! Who could have guessed that that might happen :)
So here it is my Tumbled Ugly quilt!

I don't think it is ugly! I like the way you have the one random purplish column running down one side!
Wish I would of found this blog earlier--I think I just single-handedly cut out the most hideous quilt ever--from a bag of random Hawaiian shirts that were ugly to begin with!

Congrats! Love the scrappy with purple stripe approach. Did you have a template for the triangles, if not what degree is it?
Thanks all for your lovely comments. Linda I used an EZ Dresden ruler to cut out the tumblers. They are the biggest size blades so 8" finished, I think.
